PRIVACY POLICY

This document describes Biodactil’s Privacy Policy in relation to the data collected through the application for mobile devices BioApptil, reflecting our commitment to maintain and guarantee secure business relationships by protecting personal data and guaranteeing the right to privacy of each of the users of our services.

Any information users provide to us during the download of the application or the use of the services enabled by it will be treated in accordance with the rules applicable to data protection, and will only be collected, stored and used for lawful and legitimate purposes of which we inform next.

1.- Stored data and purpose of the treatment

The BioApptil application collects a series of anonymous data on the user's access to the Service (country of access, device language, model and brand, operating system, etc.) to deliver the appropriate version, and certain data on its use (screens you visit, interaction with elements within the application, number of sessions, duration and time of each session, actions made within the application, etc.) to analyze the quality of the Service and to implement improvements to it.

Access to the Service requires on the other hand that users identify themselves filling in an electronic form with their professional email address (previously communicated by the employer to the holder of Service) and a personal password. In the event that said email address includes your full real name, said data is considered personal data, and is collected and stored exclusively for the purpose of allowing access to the Service.

Finally, the use of the Service necessarily entails the registration of the actions related to the workday of each user and its communication to the respective employer, which is the object of the provision of service agreement between the employer and Biodactil. This information is dissociated in our platform from the professional email address, and is associated only with a unique identifier code, thus ensuring anonymization.

2.- Storage period

Biodactil will store the personal data of the users only for the time necessary for the realization of the purposes for which they were collected.

In the case of the data of the professional email of each user previously communicated by their employer, as well as any information associated with it, it will be stored while the labor relationship between user and employer and / or the business relationship between employer and Biodactil is maintained. After a period of six months from the end of one or the other, the data will be deleted from our servers.

3.- Security measures

To protect the different types of data mentioned in this Privacy Policy, Biodactil will implement all the necessary technical security measures to prevent its loss, manipulation, dissemination or alteration, all of which are described in its Security Plan.

4.- Data communications

Biodactil informs users that the data collected through the BioApptil application may be communicated, under current regulations, to Judges and Courts, Public Administrations and State Security Forces and Bodies.

The transmission of user information collected by the BioApptil application from Biodactil to the relevant employer, who assumes the position of Data Controller for these purposes, will not be considered communication or transfer of data, Biodactil assuming the position of Data Processor under the provision of services agreement signed between both parties.

5.- Legitimacy

In compliance with the obligations established in the General Data Protection Regulation, users are informed that the legal basis on which the personal data treatments described in this Privacy Policy are based is the execution of the respective provision of services agreement signed between Biodactil and their employer.

6.- ARCO rights

Holders of personal data are recognized the rights of access, rectification, opposition and deletion, among others. To exercise these rights they may address in writing to Biodactil (info@biodactil.com, or C / Oliva # 21 of Las Rozas de Madrid, 28231 - Spain), attaching a copy of an official identification document.

Holders of personal data may also contact the Spanish Agency for Data Protection (www.aepd.es) or their local data protection authority at any time for consultation and exercise of their rights.

7.- Modifications

The Privacy Policy contained in this document may be updated, due to legal modifications as well as improvements and changes in the way we offer and provide our products and services. These changes will be duly announced on the application, and will be effective with subsequent user access and use of it. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we recommend a periodic visit to this section in order to consult the applicable terms at all times.
